Last-mile mobility solution
provider

Owls Corp is a comprehensive solution provider in the field of last-mile mobility, building an all-in-one platform that supports everything from rental and leasing to maintenance, insurance, and second-hand trading.

We collect and analyze driving data through location-based services and vehicle control to improve safety and efficiency, and seek to expand the future mobility ecosystem by developing AI engines and collaborating with research institutes around the world.

We are also seeking sustainable growth by entering global markets and expanding EV-based services.

                                             Evaluating the residual value
 of electric vehicle

Owls Corp is modernizing the traditional leasing business model with an in-house developed and operationalized management solution in the two-wheeler leasing services market.

Based on these achievements, the company is expanding its business vision to develop big data-based AI engines such as mobility operation control and driver performance evaluation by maintaining Pre-A investment.

Recently, we have developed an AI engine for evaluating the residual value of electric vehicle batteries through industry-academia R&D and are preparing for commercialization.

We plan to expand our work

Owls Corp started its business by leasing two-wheelers.

It is now in its seventh year of survival as a startup, having learned from its mistakes in the process of commercialization.

The process of refining the trial and error process has given us various insights.

The difficulties in the existing business were the frequent accidents of riders using the service and the myriad of variables, such as evaluating the residual value of the returned vehicles and re-commoditizing them.

In order to improve these issues, we communicated with various companies and learned that data collection and informatization processes are crucial for solving rider safety issues and evaluating residual value.

The project of collecting and transmitting data from moving mobility in real time was fraught with many challenges.

Verifying the integrity of the data and reviewing various AI engines for analysis was one of the major challenges.

Through this process, we were able to develop an AI engine that evaluates the residual value of electric two-wheeler batteries, and based on the experience, we were able to find improvements that can improve important management points in the existing business, such as driver safety evaluation and accident judgment.

The purpose of participating in CES 2025 is to share the discovery of these new possibilities and to work together to create a completed service.

Although we have already developed technology to evaluate the residual value of mobility and judge driver safety, we have found that there are many other things to evaluate besides mobility, and that there is a wide market for collecting data for valuation and condition assessment, and creating new information value through network connection and analysis.

As the theme of this exhibition, we plan to expand our work to collect and connect data to find solutions to the world's problems.
